He built a white Jeep in the driveway Edit: ugh is a g-wagon. I'm pretty sure that Mercedes and Ford copied Jeep cuz Jeep original came out in November of 1940 as a war vehicle but the CJ which means Citizen Jeep came out in 1945. In 1966 Ford came out with the bronco which looks a lot like Jeep but with a Ford touch so it doesn't look like they copied Jeep. The basic designs for the g-wagon dates back to 1979 but it wasn't on the maket until 2002 and the bronco and g-wagon look a lot like the Jeep like they have round headlights they all come in 2 door and 4 door configurations they all have removal tops the bronco and Jeep have removal doors but the g-wagon does not and I think I've given enough information to prove my case on Ford and Mercedes copying Jeep
